Ewa Szumowska and Małgorzata Kossowska wrote second paper on the relationship between motivation and multitasking performance. They again showed that higher level of the Need for Cognitive Closure (NFC) is not a ‘bad’ thing. In contrast, they demonstrated that high NFC enhances multitasking performance thanks to better focalization on task goal. It appeared in ‘Personality and Individual Differences’.
