Two special guests visited our Centre this month. First, we had a chance to take part in a workshop on pre-registration and registered reports conducted by Kai Jonas (University of Maastricht), founding editor of Comprehensive Results in Social Psychology – first journal in social psychology accepting only registered reports. Second, Jocelyn Bélanger (New York University Abu Dhabi) visited our Centre to give inspiring lecture entitled “Thrilled to Pieces: On the Role of Sensation Seeking in Political Violence”. It was a great pleasure for us to take part in both events!
